If, in rare cases, an item is not in stock, we will contact you. Together we will find the best solution around the missing product.
Depending on the type of shipment you choose, the items will usually be available to you 1 – 4 business days after shipment – often the day after. The shipping price also depends on which type of shipment you choose when you complete the order.
No matter which shipping form you choose, we are responsible for the shipment reaching you in a reasonable time.

The following types of shipment are:
GLS - package shop: 1-4 days delivery on weekdays for pick-up at GLS parcel shop. You choose the GLS package shop that is best for you. You can follow your shipment via GLS Track and Trace all the way.
GLS - for workplace: Maybe the easiest option for you. Get the package sent directly to your workplace. Then remember to apply a delivery address other than the billing address.
GLS - for your own door: Like the above – but delivered directly to your front door. If you are not at home, take the package to the nearest GLS package shop, where you will have to pick it up afterwards.
In-store pickup: Save the shipping fee and collect your own ordered item in one of our stores in Odense or Aarhus.
We ship all our mail order item from Odense. Therefore, you can often pick up very quickly from there. If you choose our Aarhus store as a pick-up point, then rain with 1 – 3 days turnaround time. We will contact you as soon as the items are ready for collection.

With debit cards: Dankort, VisaDankort, VISA, Eurocard, Mastercard and MobilePay.
Go-Fishing takes no card fees and the amount is only charged to your card when the item is shipped.
PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can easily and quickly pay with this on our webshop. If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the opposition scheme. Read more about the terms on PayPal's website.
For delivery in Denmark, in addition to the above, you can also select the following methods of payment:
Viabill: You can split your payment into 4 equal payments that you pay back over 4 months. It's simple and it's super easy!
When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your items. You will then have to pay your monthly allowance on the 20th of each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKK 39 will be charged,-. If you cancel your purchase, the viabill payment agreement will end. ViaBill funds purchases for up to $2,000. Amounts above DKK 2,000 are financed in cooperation with SparXpress.

You can feel completely safe when shopping at Go-Fishing. Our webshop is approved by NETS and E-BRAND and it is your security that you can safely pay with your credit card. All information about your credit card is transferred via secure encrypted pages, and not even we get to see them. Once they are approved by NETS, we will be notified that the trade is in order and we will send you your fishing gear. All prices here in the Go-Fishing webshop are incl. vat, but without shipping.
We impose a fee of DKK 75,- for EAN billings.
Our NORWEGIAN, GREENLANDIC and FAROESE customers, as well as all customers outside the EU, shop at prices without Danish VAT in the webshop.
Right of withdrawal and return
All items are subject to 30 days of full withdrawal or return right without discussion..! If you wish to cancel/return a purchase, please notify us. The message must be provided by e-mail at [email protected] or by using the standard withdrawal form that you simply fill out and attach to the returned item(s).
Events on a set date and competition tickets (e.g. Seatrout Open) is not covered by the right of withdrawal/return and payment/registration is therefore binding in the first place.
Undoing part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not receive a refund of shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase (remember you have 30 days to consider it). You must incur the direct costs of the return of the item. You bear the risk of the goods until we receive them.
Failure to remove original packaging may constitute an impairment, so to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not use it in real use.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will receive only part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase on our webshop (the entire order), you will receive the amount you have paid to us including shipping back to you. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs to you, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we have been notified that you will cancel the agreement.
We will return the money using the same means of payment as you used when purchasing, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation to have returned it.

Returns must be sent in alm. package with a message attached. We do not receive packages without delivery or packages sent per demand.
You can also return items by handing it in person at the above address.
In the event of delays, backorders or sold-out items, we endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do in the case.
Price error/typographical error
If a price is manifestly incorrect and you should reasonably have discovered this, we are not obliged to deliver that product at the wrong price.
All physical goods purchased from Go-Fishing are subject to a 24-month warranty. This means that if the item is defective then you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, money returned or the discount in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product, general wear or other harmful behaviour.
Go-Fishing trades only with waders of the best qualities and brands. But even they will be worn out. Just like the tires on your car.
Unfortunately, it happens that there are material or manufacturing defects in a few new waders. Such errors are, of course, covered by the right of complaint. Should you experience a leak that is not caused by general use or an accident, you should immediately pass by with your waders.
I don't think we can solve the problem on the ground. We usually have to take your waders in for further inspection and assessment. They may need to be sent to a repair/exchange vendor.
Remember to bring warranty note and cash register. Both are necessary if you have a waders complaint.
There are no complaints on waders older than 2 years of age or missing proof of purchase. We also do not receive complaints on waders purchased elsewhere than from Go-Fishing.
In the unlikely event of a complaint on Simm's waders/clothing, the defective part must be sent for testing at Simms, regardless of the age of the product. In the case of material or manufacturing defects, the product is exchanged or repaired free of charge. For example, in the case of leaks in waders due to general use, the item is repaired for a fee of approximately DKK 4-500,- Average turnaround time is 2 weeks.
Remember to bring a receipt/warranty certificate. No complaints are received on Simms waders older than two years, but they can still be sent for professional repair at Simms for a fee. We do not receive complaints on Simms waders purchased elsewhere than from Go-Fishing.
If you want to advertise
You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months of the error being detected, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Additional guarantees for special product groups
All items you buy in Go-Fishing are of course subject to 2 years' warranty jvf. Danish Sales Law. However, some product groups also have an extended warranty scheme which you can read more about here:
We would point out that these extended guarantees are not provided/administered by Go-Fishing, but rather by the manufacturers of that product.
Most Orvis fly rods purchased from Go-Fishing are covered by a 25 year warranty for the first owner. This means that Orvis will swap/repair a broken rod part for a fee – regardless of the cause of the rupture. You can either send the broken rod to Orvis yourself or let Go-Fishing help.
We charge a fee of DKK 600,- which covers the fee Orvis charges us, as well as shipping the rod to/from the Orvis rod factory. However, if the pole is less than 2 years old, Go-Fishing pays the fee and the shipment to Orvis.
The fee is pre-paid before the rod is sent for repair.
The warranty does not apply to normal and expected wear on the eye, cork and wheel holder, etc.
The whole rod must be sent to Orvis in England. Average turnaround time is 5 to 6 weeks. Sometimes it can take longer. Orvis reserves the right to exchange any discontinued rods for new similar models that are at the same level as the defective one. The level is assessed according to the technical level and not by price level. It is Orvis England who give the guarantee on the rods, and therefore their guidelines are also followed. Orvis reserves the right to amend these on an ongoing basis. The terms of Orvis's 25-year pole warranty.
In the event of loss or resale of the rod, the warranty shall lapse.
Scott provides a lifetime guarantee to the first owner for a lifetime guarantee. This means that broken rod parts are repaired/exchanged. There is an handling/freight charge of DKK 600,- + possibly freight in Denmark. The fee is paid in advance to us when the rod is filed for warranty. However, for the first 6 months after purchase, repairs are free of charge.
The entire rod must be sent to Scott's rep. center in Norway. The average turnaround time is 7 to 8 weeks. Scott reserves the right to exchange any information. outbound rod models for newer equivalents. Cosmetic differences may occur on new/old parts. The warranty does not cover normal and expected wear of e.g. wheel holder, eyelets, cork, etc.
IMPORTANT: A prerequisite for the rod to be covered by the life-long Scott guarantee is that it will be registered with Scott within 30 days. This make easy online via this form.
In the event of loss or resale of the rod, the warranty shall lapse.
The above warranty provisions on Orvis and Scott only apply to rods purchased from Go-Fishing!
